FOR RETURN:
Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@kiddojourney.com and send us images or videos with the defect or inconvenience that occurs with the product.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
NOTE: It is always important that you contact us before opening a dispute, we will always be happy to help you.
NO RETURNS:
The item was tampered with, used, or is not in its original packaging.
The refund claim was made after 30 days of delivery.
If the customer purchased an item in error and the item was shipped.
NOTE: If the customer purchased an item in error, they have up to 24 hours after purchase to request cancellation of the order. Otherwise, the order cannot be canceled.
European Union 14-day reflection period
Without prejudice to the above, if the merchandise is sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
